If you believe your product is faulty, reach out to us on info@smartguys.com.au in the first instance. Our friendly team will direct your query to our technicians who will help troubleshoot any potential issues.

If they are unable to provide a solution to get your product working, we will request that you send the item back to us for testing to verify the fault (a return label will be provided). If faulty, you will be provided with the option for a full refund or a replacement item.

In the event the item is not faulty, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

The warranty is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. For electrical relays, installation must be by certified electricians else the warranty will be void.
