Free standard delivery is available on all products Australia wide. Express shipping is available for just $5.00 per order.
Delivery Options Overview
Smart Guys offer a wide array of shipping methods depending on where you are located in the world. In Australia we use Australia Post, all international orders will be shipped through Australia Post International.
We ship from our Warehouse in Sydney, Australia and orders before 12:00pm AEST are dispatched the same day all other orders will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders have tracking and will be available online.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Currently we do not offer click and collect.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a change of mind, we're here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of sending your order.
You can return your product for refund to the original payment method less shipping costs. A small restocking fee may apply for select items.
If there is a fault or issue with a product, please get in touch with us and we will either provide troubleshooting support or send you a new product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be unopened and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Electrical relays must be installed by licensed electricians

FAQs
I'm so sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived! I know how frustrating that can be. Don't worry, we'll get to the bottom of this.
1.) Is your order confirmed? (This avoids an extra step if it's a simple tracking issue.)
2.) Do you have a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number? If yes, you can track it directly on the AusPost website to see its location.
If none of the above helps, please email us, we'll be happy to investigate further.
We want to get your order to you as soon as possible! However, please note that there may be a slight delay in shipping if your order is placed on a NSW public holiday or during the Christmas/New Year period.
We offer Australia-wide delivery and shipping to select countries internationally
We offer Australia Post shipping options for all orders. While Express Post aims for next-day delivery to major cities, delivery times may vary depending on your location
Whenever possible, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a secure location at your delivery address. To ensure the safe delivery of high-value orders, we may require a signature upon receipt.
